Here's a little bee crawling around on the ground. What I liked about this picture in relation to the many other pictures that I took of the bee is the colors. I love how the bee contrasts with its immediate background, but matches the overall color pallet given by the orange and yellow trees that frame the grey surrounding the bee. It makes it feel like she belongs in the world and yet stands out distinctly as the protagonist of this picture.
This one is interesting because of the different earth tones working together harmonically. The bee sticks out because of its color, but it really isn't that much brighter than the rest of the scene.
ReplyDeleteThis has a cool I SPY effect to it. Although the bee has some contrast in saturation, it still has affinity to it's surroundings.
ReplyDeleteThe leaves and colors of this photo or beautiful. It reminds me of a pre-installed desktop. To me, they are the subject of the photo, not so much the bee.
